In this video you will learn how to make a gel like liner using Rallye Balm and Eyeshadow. Just swipe some Rallye Balm on the back of your hand, mix some eyeshadow into the Rallye Balm with a liner brush and then line your eyes. It's super simple to do, longer lasting and moisturizing at the same time!

Step 1: Apply a Bit of Red Apple Lipstick's Rallye Balm to the Back of Your Hand.

Step 2: Using an Angled Liner Brush; Load the Brush Up with a Red Apple Lipstick Eyeshadow of Choice (Used Black Magic in Video)

Step 3: Blend the Eyeshadow and Rallye Balm Together on the Back of Your Hand

Step 4: Line You Eyes However You Prefer (Works Well for Cat Eyes)

Step 5: For Even More Lasting Power Dab Some of the Same Eyeshadow (Dry This Time) Right on Top of Your Line with Your Liner Brush.
