How to Make Eyeliner with Colored Pencils

Today I will share a cool trick - how to make eyeliner with colored pencils or even crayons! For this eyeliner tutorial, you will need:

1. Hot water
2. Colored pencils

If your colors do not melt (it always does, in my experience though), you can melt the colors with vaseline too. Let me know if you would like more details on this :-)
