How to Create Hammerhead's look from "Pirates of the Caribbean" for Halloween

Davy Jones, the octopus-like captain of the Flying Dutchman in Disney's "Pirates of the Caribbean," is one deliciously evil villain. But, as with all infamous villains, he wouldn't be where he is today without his band of marauders.
